I grew up in Toronto, which means I understand something that a lot of buyers moving to Kawartha Lakes already know in their bones — that the pull of this region is real, and once you feel it, it’s hard to ignore. I made the move in 1998 and I’ve never looked back. I’ve raised my family here, built my career here, and put down roots deep enough that this community is simply home.
Before real estate, I spent more than two decades in the automotive industry as a service advisor and service manager — roles that taught me everything I needed to know about honest communication, attention to detail, and what it actually means to take care of someone’s investment. The clients who trusted me with their vehicles are many of the same people who trust me with their real estate decisions today. That continuity means everything to me.
I came to real estate in 2023 with a clear purpose: to serve the people I know and the community I love. I’m not here to be everything to everyone — I’m here to show up with integrity, availability, and a genuine desire to help my clients find what they’re looking for in Kawartha Lakes, whether that’s a first home, a family property, or the lifestyle change that this region does better than anywhere else.
Away from work, Tricia and I are enjoying a new chapter — our kids are off at school, which means weekends look a little different these days. You’ll find us out exploring the region on a Saturday, stopping at a boutique diner or hidden gem of a lunch spot, and wrapping up the afternoon at a local brewery. It’s a pretty good way to spend a day off. You’ll also find me at the bowling lanes competing in league play, or firmly planted in Leafs territory on game night.
If you’re thinking about making the move from the city — or making a move within the community you already love — I’d be glad to be your guide.
